What is the Sky Directory Enquiry Service?
Sky has launched a new directory enquiry service – 118SKY (that’s 118 759). It’s our new, easy-to-remember directory enquiries service that everyone can use. 118Sky works like any other 118 directory enquiry service and is available nationally on all telephone and mobile networks. Because it is a UK directory enquiries service it does not offer international or mobile phone numbers. Calls to 118SKY will be billed by the telephone or mobile call provider; however Sky Talk customers will always enjoy great value with a further 25% discount when calling from their landlines. Calls to 118SKY cost 18.75p per minute (plus a 51.75p connection charge) for Sky Talk customers calling from their Sky Talk landline. All calls from BT or other landlines to this service are billed at our standard 69p connection charge plus 25p per minute. Mobile charges vary by operator and are usually higher.
