What is the Skills Catalog?
FSA’s Skills Catalog collects and summarizes the functions, skills and knowledge that each business unit within FSA needs, to ensure that the unit, and ultimately the organization, can achieve its performance goals. The catalog was created using information obtained through interviews with general managers and subject matter experts in each unit. These experts described the primary functions, skills and knowledge that were required to carry out their operations. In addition to skills, the catalog includes a model of core (professional), managerial and leadership skills.
