What is the size of an average yard?
We use the figure 100’x100’ (feet). That comes to 10,000 square feet. Now you also have to subtract the area that the house sits on. But to simplify, Lets say we have a lot that is 100’x100’ with no house on the lot. That lot would cost the customer $76.00. Your cost to spray that yard would be $19.00 in product cost. Your profit would be about $57.00. This is based off of our recommended charge. But we do not set fees and you can charge what you feel the market will stand. Our recommended charge is .0076 cents per square foot.
