After you have completed the “Buyer’s Request for Proforma Invoice” form [NB: To access this form, Click-a-Pic in ORDERING section] and sent it in to us, we will check it to ensure that all the relevant details have been included and then we will send it right back to you for signing. As soon as you receive it, simply sign it and return it to us by fax or email.
