What is the significance of the name “Pivot” ?
When we developed the name, we were looking for a word that described a change in direction that was necessary for a business to make in order to ultimately achieve its goals. In the sport of basketball, a pivot is a move made by a player upon encountering an obstacle…a defensive player. It is a change in direction, a turn, that keeps the player moving toward the goal.
