TS: The most important aspect of this meeting is that it sends a message to Tibetans in Tibet that they are not forgotten. That is very important because the Chinese government always plays it down every time there is an event of some significance. The Chinese newspapers never mention anything and Tibetans in Tibet usually get news from their relatives who have gone to India, for example. Only that way.
