November 1 is the day when they celebrate little dead and nov 2 they celebrate adults. People in rural communities around the country go to cementeries and are “in touch” with their gone relatives. Flowers are important, those beautiful yellow ones are the right kind they bring to tombs to decorate the place. There´s a little town not far from the city, where they celebrate the traditional way, but the most colorfull celebration is held in Patzcuaro, Michoacan where thy ride boats from that place to Janitzio island.
