A. On Average we have a 1.5% “Actual Hardware Failure Rate”. But our actually failure rate is around 10% – 15%. Why? Sometimes there is an issue with the user and compatiablity with hardware, which just cannot be controlled. Yet we allow the Human Action to be covered although it’s not required, but still has to be taken into consideration.
