Also, some courses have prerequisites; you can’t take them concurrently. Consider taking some courses over the summer. It takes less time to get the same number of credits, and some schools offer reduced tuition rates for summer courses. Edit: I agree with Nancy. You shouldn’t attempt more than 18 credits in a semester. But, if you did 18, and then if the college had at least two summer sessions and you took another 12 credits over the summer, which is doable, you’d have your 30 credits pretty quickly.
