What is the shipping & handling charge on my rental?
The rental prices on our website is for online customers who want to rent a costume for one 7-Day Rental Period. This 7 day rental period includes 2-3 days shipping to customer, 1 day usage, and 2-3 days shipping to Akron Design. If you plan to use the costume more than 1 day or if it will take more than 7 days including shipping time, You’ll want to contact us for the estimated rental price. Rental Prices on our website do not include the shipping price. Shipping cost depends on distance and weight of costume – sometimes even the size or dimentions of the box. Obviously, CA is going to pay more in shipping or transit time than someone who lives in OH. Since every rental is unique, its very hard for us to give you a concrete shipping price before we have packed your order. For a light-weight small costume that is under 2-6 pounds, you are looking at an average of $16-20.00 ($8-10 each way) for standard shipping.
