What is the Shipper View partner setup process?
Several easy steps are required to set up Shipper View for partner access. These steps include: 1. First, a carrier signs an agreement with TripPak to use TripPak ONLINE. 2. Then the carrier informs its partners about Shipper View and their ability to access their delivery documents. 3. The carrier then forwards a link to the Partner ID Creation Page to interested partners. 4. The partner then creates its Partner ID and informs the carrier of their intent to use Shipper View. 5. The carrier then records the Partner ID information and provides this information to TripPak Services via the Third Party Setup Form . 6. The carrier then sets up partner access via the Remote Image Access Administration Module and provides the partner with a link to the Shipper View Login Page. 7. A partner administrator then logs in to Shipper View and sets up users. 8. Users can log in using the link provided by the super user and perform document searches as needed.
