What is the shelf-life on the chocolate?
The shelf-life on all of our chocolate except the truffles is approx. 2-3 months. The truffles only last 7 days and have to be kept refrigerated. 3. Allergy questions, Nuts, Gluten, Milk etc A: Nut Allergy, we work with nuts so there could be traces in any of our products. A: Milk allergy, there is not any actual milk in our solid dark chocolate however we do work with milk so there could be traces in anything we make. A: Gluten (wheat) allergy, we do not have any actual gluten in our chocolate however we work with cookies which contain gluten so there could be traces in any of our products.
