What is the shelf life of my cheesecake?
Fruit topped cheesecakes have a shelf life of 3-5 days (because we use real fresh fruit, NO PRESERVATIVES). Non-fruit topped cakes will last about a week in your refrigerator. Cakes can also be frozen for about six months. We do not recommend freezing cakes topped with strawberries as they tend to get very soggy when defrosting due to the high water content.
