What is the shelf life of fudge, chocolate, and candy?
Fudge – 3-4 wks when left uncovered and at room temperature (72° F) Chocolate – 2 wks when left uncovered at temperatures between 65° F-72° F and in a place where the sun and humidity cannot touch it. Candy – Up to a year in ideal temperatures between 65° F-72° F and in a place where the sun and humidity cannot touch it.
