What is the shelf life for Basis products?
Basis Soaps, Face Wash and Facial Cleansing Cloths are designed to be effective and safe for use for two years. The Basis All Clear Bar has an expiration date, as required by the FDA, because it has triclosan, a time-sensitive active ingredient that fights bacteria. You’ll find the expiration date printed on the box. Although none of the products will be harmful after two years, we recommend that you replace any unused product if it does not look or smell right.
