WHAT IS THE SEVEN WONDERS LEARNING PASS GUARANTEE?
With our pass guarantee, if you fail an exam we will reimburse you for up to two exam retakes and then offer a full refund. For CAPM® and PMP® exams, we will reimburse the PMI® member fee for an exam retake ($275). For ITIL® Foundation exams, we will reimburse the EXIN fee for an exam retake ($160). To qualify, you must take the first exam within 30 days of completing the course and the second exam within 45 days of the first exam. If you fail a second time, we will reimburse you to take the exam a third time. The third exam must be taken within 45 days of the second exam. If you fail the third exam attempt, we will provide a full refund of your certification course fee. Eligible certification courses are the 5-day PMP® Boot Camp and the 3-day ITIL® v2 or v3 Foundation certification courses.
