What is the setup fee?
The setup fee represents the cost of connecting your service to the BeCom network It is also separate to your monthly access fees which reflects your monthly usage allowance at a chosen speed. The setup fee is a once off payment at setup and is reduced for some contract terms. Setup fees are generally not charged to Broadband Connect customers unless there are unusual or difficult installation requirements by individual customers that are not covered by our standard installation terms.
