What is the set-up and annual cost of Secure Repository?
• The American Society of Appraisers (ASA) option for accredited members is $175.00 which includes the $99.00 setup fee and the first year service fee. The succeeding years will entail a $99.00 per year renewal fee. • The International Society of Appraisers (ISA) and Appraisal Association of America (AAA) option for accredited members is $185.00 which includes the $99.00 setup fee and the first year service fee. The succeeding years will entail a $99.00 per year renewal fee. •Those entities outside of the above mentioned societies, such as banking, attorneys, accountants and other professional groups are able to acquire Secure Repository services at a cost of $250.00 which includes the $99.00 setup fee and the first year service fee. The succeeding years will entail a $99.00 per year renewal fee. •All options are detailed on the Sign Up tab at the top of all pages.
