Harvard Pilgrim is offering Section 125 Plans through HR Concepts. For each employer signing up for this service, Harvard Pilgrim is paying HR Concepts $95 to provide plan documentation for the Section 125 Plan, including an Adoption Agreement and a Plan Document. If the employer needs to add another plan document or amend the plan document provided on behalf of Harvard Pilgrim, the employer may work with HR Concepts or another Third Party Administrator or legal council of their choice.
