SAS is state-supported and offers reasonably priced adult education classes, including vocational training, computers, and parent education. Little Hands is one of seven parent education/parent participation programs which are partially funded by SAS. To qualify for those funds, all Little Hand parents (students) must complete a certain number of parent education hours.
