What is the separation paper?
Answer I never heard of separation papers. I have heard of people legally separating.They live in separate quarters and have filed for pendente lite. That is interim support while the divorce is being filed and settled. You don’t have to sign the separation agreement, both parties agree to the terms via paperwork from the attorneys. As a matter of fact you don’t have to sign anything until the divorce is finalized.
