What is the SEP?

0

The BSCoE SEP is an iterative software development process that provides software delivery in small, manageable increments. Each increment consists of requirements elicitation, analysis and design, and coding and testing. The SEP is tailored to each software project to ensure its effectiveness. In the early phases of a project, the focus is on requirements elicitation and analysis; in the latter phases the focus is on coding and testing. But all activities may take place at all points of the project. On request, BSCoE engages with agencies to train and mentor them through SEP configuration, tooling, and execution.
