WHAT IS THE SENTENCE FOR UNFAIR AND DECEPTIVE ACTS?
Under Illinois law, a person convicted of an Unfair and Deceptive Practice under paragraph (a), (b), (c), (d), or (e) above of this subsection is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
