What is the sentence for 4 counts of murder?
If they are all committed at the same time this is murder with special circumstances and could recieve the death penalty depending on the state.but if they are four separate murders the perpetrator could recieve 25 to life for each count.It also depends on the circumstances behind the murders.There are several factors involved but if someone goes on trial for four murders he probably wont be seeing the outside world ever again.
