The Senior Ride program is an economically priced door-to-door taxi service provided by the City of Torrance for Torrance residents, 65 years or older. Service is provided on a 24 basis to and from any point within the City of Torrance and to and from 11 satellite points (Bay Harbor Hospital, Bay Shores Medical Group Redondo Beach, Carson Intercommunity Hospital, El Camino College, FHP North Torrance facility, Community Hospital of Gardena, Harbor/UCLA Medical Center, Kaiser Hospital Gardena, Kaiser Hospital Harbor City, Memorial Hospital of Gardena and South Bay Hospital).
