What is the selection process like at Behr?
We would first like to get to know you personally in an interview. Interviews take place at Behr and are conducted by experts from the specialist department and Human Resources. During a second interview, you will have the opportunity to see your new workplace and get to know future colleagues. We are not the only ones who will get to know you in an intensive interview – you will also get to see your potential workplace up close.
