What is the security timeout setting in PocketScript?
The security timeout is a setting that locks the PocketScript application. When a user has a period of inactivity greater than the timeout setting, then the PocketScript application prevents any further activity until the user re-enters their password. The timeout setting can be modified within the Practice Maintenance webpage. While the default value is 1 hour, ZixCorp strongly recommends that users set this value to 20 minutes.
