As a Homeowner your security of tenure is guaranteed and protected by Queensland State Government Legislation namely, The Manufactured Homes (Residential Parks) Act 2003 that governs your Site Licence Agreement is indefinite and you have the right to occupy and transfer ownership of the Site Licence Agreement to the next resident. Residents rights and obligations as well as the Resort/Homepark Managements obligations are laid out in detail. The residents rights are protected by the Queensland State Government.
