What is the security for messages?

0

All local messages are stored under the directory where GIFTultemail is installed. It is recommended that the GIFTultemail and all sub-directories are secured for access only by the administrator account. The administrator account must be used to run GIFTultemail. If the directory structure of GIFTultemail is secured, then the messages are also secure. Each user mailbox is secure and messages can be accessed only using the specified GIFTultemail password, using a mail client. All outbound Internet messages are also stored under the GIFTultemail directory structure, until they are sent out to the Internet. All inbound Internet messages are delivered to the appropriate user mailboxes immediately after retrieval. As in the case of local messages, securing the directory structure for GIFTultemail will ensure security of Internet messages.
