The two words change every time. It isn’t a set phrase. It’s called a CAPTCHA and it’s there to stop automated software from registering Bebo accounts. Basically, humans can read but machines can’t read, so it’s asking you to type in the phrase to confirm you are a human and not a machine. If you can’t see the phrase then maybe there is an issue with the site or maybe your security software is blocking the image from being loaded. Try later or check your security software (some security software has got ad blockers enabled which block any images that look like advertising banners) so perhaps that is happening in your case.
