What is the Security Asset Protection Professional Certification (SAPPC) Beta Assessment and how do I prepare for it?

0

The Security Asset Protection Professional Certification (SAPPC) Beta Assessment (offered to SFPC conferees only) requires security practitioners to apply Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) knowledge. SAPPC will be scenario based with multiple questions following each scenario. The purpose of the SAPPC Beta Assessment is in support of the final development phase of SAPPC Assessment and to develop a DoD baseline for setting the cut score of the assessment instrument. Ideal candidates for SAPPC Beta are security professionals who have previous experience in the application of multiple disciplines of security to include personnel, information, industrial, and physical. DSS requests candidates not prepare or study prior to taking the SAPPC Beta Assessment. Beta testing will launch at the DoD Worldwide Security Conference & SPēD Sessions on August 22 and August 26, 2011. DSS encourages your participation in the upcoming SAPPC beta testing.
