What is the Section Browser viewing program for and how do I use it?
i/ What is the section Browser? The Section Browser allows you to view selected frontal, sagittal or transverse virtual sections taken from the 3D EMAP embryo models. For the TS07-TS14,TS20 and TS26 models (ie. Those reconstructed from serial sections with painted anatomical domains), you can identify tissues within the displayed sections using your cursor or find the tissue within a section if you know its name. The section browser can also be used to query the GXD interface by right-button click on a component. ii/ What do I need to run the Section Browser? You only need a Java enabled Web Browser to use the Section Browser.
