What is the secret on getting a good nights sleep?
Good sleep is a biochemical reaction in the body that is directly handled by brain chemistry. If your brain chemistry isn’t behaving properly, then you might need some help. However, there is alot that can be accomplished by meditation, mental exercises designed to help relaxation, etc. That’s why some people get good benefits out of guided meditation tapes and relaxing music–because it turns on the right brain chemicals for total relaxation. Also, the mind can be trained–so you can use a specific sound (ocean waves, river sounds, chimes, etc) or scent (incense, candles, etc) to lull yourself to sleep.
