I’m not quite sure what you mean by second season… Only 26 episodes of Alice Academy were made. Although the manga is still ongoing, the anime ended just before of the introduction of the Z Organization, and Mikan’s mother. As well, the last (I don’t remember exactlt but either the last two, three or four) episodes didn’t actually happen in the manga. There really is no season two, and there has been no mention of making one. I would suggest reading the manga of Gakuen Alice ( you can read it on mangafox.com) because it is very interesting and REALLY GOOD. Hope I helped!
