What is the SECC?
The State Employees Combined Campaign is a volunteer driven organization established by and for North Carolina state employees. All campaign committees are comprised of state employees; therefore, state employees make all of the decisions. Since the first campaign in 1986, North Carolina employees have raised over $52 million for over 900 charitable causes. The SECC provides each state employee with the opportunity to reach out collectively and touch the lives of those in need; to sustain local, state, national and international health, educational, environmental and social service organizations; and to make a meaningful contribution to our communities.
