Paragraph 2 of the Fee Agreement clearly states that the client is retaining the law firm to represent them only with respect to the negotiation and settlement of their unsecured debt. Paragraphs 3 and 4 inform and obtain the consent of the client to use your services as local counsel and any other outside services.
