The scope of coverage for Historical Abstracts is 1775-1945 for Volumes 1-16 and 1775-Present beginning with Volume 17. The coverage for this database expanded to 1450-Present beginning with Volume 19. For America: History and Life the coverage is Prehistory-Present with the exception of Volume 0. This volume consists of entries drawn from Historical Abstracts Volumes 1-15 and covers 1775-1945 only.
