What is the scope and value of the warranty Bennett Homes offers?
During the first year after title transfers to you, Bennett Homes provides limited warranty coverage on your new home. If a dispute arises, you have fourteen (14) months from the date of title transfer to make a formal claim or else all claims are waived. Many Repairs may require spot-painting, patching or replacements of one piece of a larger installation. Industry standards generally call for spot repairs in such cases. Due to many normal conditions including fading, shrinkage, dye-lot variances, wear & tear, and limitations in available replacements, we reserve the right to repair or replace defects with elements readily available in the standard marketplace.
