What is the scheme?
It is an accreditation scheme that private landlords can join. It means they must reach certain standards and follow set procedures when it comes to advertising viewing houses, letting, etc. (and in return they get students sent their way). This means students have the reassurance of having landlords that follow rules and regulations, and have a point of contact in the University if anything does need to be sorted out.
