What is the scheme of obtaining profit by the Fund?
The scheme is very simple and clear. MMCIS investments invests its clients’ funds several times. For example, our sharers have invested 10 million dollars into the Fund. After that, we select the project for financing, receiving the bank’s agreement to issue a loan on this object in the future. Suppose, we build a plant with the profitability of 20% annual. Then we take a loan on it at 7% annual. Thus, we spare our assets. So, we get our 10 million back + 13% annual on it. After that we invest this money into a new project. This scheme of investing allows us to achieve such a high level of profitability for our investors.
