What is the schedule for the monthly business meeting?

We try to follow this schedule: 10:00-10:15: Admit children into the child care rooms, welcome guests or new members, set-up refreshments and socialize. 10:15-10:30: Special Mom Door prize and necessary announcements 10:30-11:00: Meeting begins with either a guest speaker on topic of interest or other activity/event designed primarily for the moms. 11:00-11:30: Pick up children from child care rooms (at 11:00), enjoy refreshments, socialize and make new members and guests feel welcome. 11:30-12:00: Clean up child care rooms and meeting room to condition prior to our being there.
