What is the schedule for constructing the KEH Project and placing it in service?
The project is still in proposal stage and several economic/business issues must be resolved before final approval. Assuming all hurdles are cleared, we anticipate receiving approval for construction from FERC in summer 2008 and plan to begin construction in October 2008. OGS anticipates that the entire project will be in service by March 2009. Unforeseen delays on materials and contractors could move this date to later in 2009.
