Resource base mapping is available at 1:10,000 scale in both orthophoto and line mapping series. The contour interval for the 1:10000 resource series is 5 metres. 1:10,000 orthophoto maps were compiled from 1974 and 1980 photography. (depending on the area of the Province) 1:10,000 line mapping is being compiled from 1987-91 photography with full provincial coverage due for completion in December 1997.
