What Is The SCAHA Letter of Intent?
The SCAHA Letter of Intent is designed for players to commit to a SCAHA Club for the 2003-2004 season. This form is for SCAHA Clubs only for teams at the AA, A, BB and B levels only. In order to complete the Letter of Intent, your Club will need the following information: • Player’s Social Security number • Date of Birth • Copy of Birth Certificate (if you are new to SCAHA or you are changing Clubs in the new season) • Full address and contact information and Parent or guardian signature Clubs are permitted to require a NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT with the Letter of Intent. For the AA (Tier II) level a maximum deposit of $750.00 is allowed and for the A, BB and B levels a maximum deposit of $500.00 is allowed. In the event a player decides not to continue with the Club for the season, this amount is NOT refundable. Ask your Club about its refund policies BEFORE signing the Letter of Intent.
