What is the Satisfactory Academic Progress Scale?

0

Every semester a student must meet the Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Scale to be in good academic standing with the University. To meet the SAP Scale, a student must have a minimum number of cumulative earned hours and a minimum cumulative grade point average in accordance with the number of semesters a student is enrolled in the University. If the student does not meet the SAP Scale, the student will be on the academic sanction of probation, suspension or dismissal (See 09-10 Academic Catalog, pages 54-56).
