What is the SAQs exchange and refund policy?
The SAQ exchanges or refunds any product purchased in an SAQ outlet less than 30 days before, even if the purchase was made in another sales point in Quebec (outlet, agency or grocery store*). Because the product will be put on sale immediately, both the bottle and label must be in good condition. You must present the sales receipt when requesting a refund. For an exchange, the sales receipt is optional. The SAQ will also exchange or refund any defective product, provided the bottle is three-quarters full and was purchased less than a year before. Having your sales receipt on hand is optional for the refund or exchange of a defective product.
