WHAT IS THE SALARY RANGE FOR A REGISTERED NURSE?
It ranges from 40,000 to 50,000 dollars a year for a Registered Nurse (RN). One can work as an RN only after passing the NCLEX-RN exam and obtaining a license from the State Nursing Board. This salary range translates to about $18 to $25.00 an hour. Again, it is illegal for employer to pay any less than the prevailing or market wages in the area.
