What is the safety valve version of the DPC and what is its pressure rating?
The safety valve version is the screw-in type DPC with a safety valve connected to the lower end. The safety valve is actually screwed into the work string and can be closed to allow the DPC to be removed; this will allow the safety valve to be used for well control at the rating of the safety valve. The pressure rating of the safety valve is determined by the manufacturer.
