WHAT IS THE SAFEST WAY TO ADD CHEMICALS?
Although you will not void your warranty by adding acid or chlorine products in our spas, you do need to use caution. Acid, in concentration, can damage virtually any type of surface. When adding any type of chemical, use a thick plastic cup (do not reuse for drinking), fill cup with warm water from spa and pour the proper amount of product into the cup. Completely dissolve the chemicals in the cup. Turn the spa pump on high speed. Slowly pour the liquid mixture to the middle of the spa. Let the spa run for at least 5 -10 minutes after adding any type of chemical. This will help prevent the chemicals from burning the shell.
