Using HCS v1.3 and prior with Flow Cell v1.5 and prior, the run duration for a 2×101 cycle run is approximately 8 days. Using HCS v1.4 with Flow Cell v3, the run duration for a 2×101 cycle run is approximately 11 days. Flow Cell v3 allows for three imaging swaths per lane surface, slightly increasing run duration to process a 50% increase in imaging area.
